Brian leads the firm’s Landscape Architecture studio and offers over 25 years of experience in award-winning design for diverse project types. He serves as the design lead for all of Design Collective’s Landscape Architecture projects, overseeing all phases of design and our subconsultants. Brian understands the importance of park programming, the impact well-crafted events can have on the community and the balance needed to achieve successful open spaces that accommodate both large events and small social gatherings. Over the course of his career, Brian has developed an expertise in park programming (event and space planning) designing open spaces that host farmers markets, large concerts, outdoor semi professional and amateur ice hockey games, seasonal ice skating and unique events such as bmx showcase events and amateur volleyball tournaments. Brian understands the importance of listening, respecting the client’s expectations, and working with the team and often the community to develop creative yet pragmatic solutions.
