Brian Francoise is a civic arts practitioner, theatre artist, and facilitator working at the intersection of creative practice, community engagement, and social change.He is the founder of Rehearsal for Life LLC, a Baltimore-based consulting and facilitation practice that helps communities and organizations imagine and practice the futures they seek through creative engagement.Brian’s work draws from traditions of participatory theatre, community engagement, and neighborhood level cultural organizing. Through neighborhood arts initiatives, youth programs, and arts-based facilitation processes, he designs spaces where people can explore lived experience, build trust across differences, and collaboratively shape the places they live and work.His work has been featured through partnerships with universities, community organizations, and civic institutions across Baltimore.Brian’s practice centers a simple idea: communities need spaces where people can imagine and rehearse the futures they want to create.
