Jennifer Goold is Executive Director of the Neighborhood Design Center, where she leads cross-disciplinary teams advancing community-driven design, placemaking, and equitable development. Since 2012, she has guided NDC’s strategic growth, expanded its fee-for-service and technical assistance models, and built deep partnerships across Baltimore and Prince George’s County. With a background in design, historic preservation and real estate development, Jennifer brings a systems-thinking approach to transforming the built environment. She is passionate about reframing investment in historically disinvested neighborhoods, supporting cultural creativity in development, and championing collaborative planning that advances racial and spatial equity.
