About me
Amber (she/her/hers) has over 14 years of professional experience working in the non-profit, finance, and real estate sectors, interwoven with over 20 years of experience organizing to advance equity, justice, empathy, and unity. Before founding Namberjo Consulting in 2023 and co-founding E.A.S.E., a worker-owned cooperative, in 2024, Amber worked for several mission-driven organizations in roles supporting governance, project management, recruitment, operations, fundraising, outreach, & program development. In 2026, Amber joined the worker collective at Baltimore Roundtable for Economic Democracy (BRED) as a Jr Project Steward. Amber is a proud Baltimore, MD native, global citizen, and Next Economy midwife who is personally and professionally committed to what she sees as her life’s work: “bringing whole people together” to build localized, regenerative ecosystems of healing, care, and solidarity rooted in Afro-Indigenous principles.
