Aysha Cohen is the Sustainable Transportation Coordinator at the University of Maryland, College Park, where she facilitates the Transportation Demand Management program for the 55K+ person campus. Prior to joining UMD College Park, Aysha was a Senior Planner at Nspiregreen, where she worked on nearly 30 transportation and environmental planning projects for DDOT, WMATA, VDOT, SEPTA, RTA, and the National Partnership for Safe Routes to School, among others. She earned her Master of Urban & Regional Planning (MURP) at UCLA and speaks Spanish, Turkish, and English.
